KneeKG is THE FIRST APPROVED CLASS II DEVICE Technology to Accurately Measure 3D Dynamic Alignment that Delivers Objective Data (FDA 510k Cleared, Health Canada and CE Marked Medical Device appropriate for assessing the 3D motion of the knee for patients who have impaired movement functions of an orthopaedic cause).
In partnership with the Quebec University research community, including the CRCHUM, École de Technologie Superieure (ETS), and TELUQ, Emovi completed the development of the KneeKG®. The KneeKG system offers a technological edge in decision-making to better CORRECT AND RESTORE 3D KNEE FUNCTION. The technique is described as a Knee Kinesiography exam.

- Provides data on the fully loaded, articulating knee
- Coupled with Emovi’s Artificial Intelligence platform it:
- Suggests a targeted conservative care algorithm* proven to provide better outcomes
- Assists surgeons in their decision-making by characterizing function and thus increasing the likelihood of favorable outcomes post knee surgery
- Provides a triage algorithm to assist in the decision-making related to appropriateness of TKA surgery and access to specialists
- Provides patient specific information that can aid surgeons in their decision making (e.g., considering thrust, dynamic flexion contracture, and tibial rotation for patient preparation pre-surgery)
The test can be administered by a clinical assistant in a doctor’s office, or an imaging, sports or rehabilitation clinic, and results are immediately available to the doctor and patient.
